Special Prize, “Nanometrajes Urbanos”, 2005

This guy named “Fla”, walks through the city plugged to his headphones and unplugged from the world. He suddenly comes back to reality when he’s almost part of a car crash. He takes 5 seconds to see what happened and then he puts his headphones and continues his way.

A simple story that happens almost everyday in every major city. Made in a mix of handmade animation, and a 3D scenery.

I made animation direction and 3D scenery design.
